Chris da Costa started training in 1998 at Docklands dojo. His main focus has been on fighting and he has succeeded in winning several British Titles in semi-contact. His most recent being in 2015 where he won the Mens Advanced Karate Championship for the second time. Prior to that as a junior, he captained the England team to Gold in the IFK clicker championships. His next aim is to become an accomplished full contact kyokushin fighter. He is the most decorated semi-contact fighter in Kyokushin Karate in the UK, winning National Titles several times.
